Job Descriptions

Billing Management Analyst

Perform functions within the Billing Management Group (BMG) program. New hires may be placed in either of the following divisions:

  • Account Receivables Management
  • Patient Financial Services
  • Revenue Discovery
  • Total Collections Management
  • Billing Management Resolution Program
Solid managed care, Medicaid and Medicare background preferred. 3 years minimum, professional medical billing, charge entry and payment posting experience. Strong skills: flexible, analytic, communication – oral & written, interpersonal, organizational and time management.

  

 Practice Liaison Coordinator

Coordinate and act as liaison for MHS clients. Ensure timely collection and distribution of quality data from practices. Maintain client data files including follow-up issues and primary contacts for insurance companies, vendors and other MHS business associates.

Solid skills: problem-solving, data management; MS Access; multi-tasking, analysis and highly organized. Minimum 5 years experience in understanding health insurance, medical billing and medical practice management.
